When Maria was a child, she had many food allergies and her doctors discovered that she had 9 types of allergies, which made it difficult for her to enjoy most foods.

Over the years, I was able to overcome some of the allergies, but I always remembered how difficult it was for me in my childhood not to be able to enjoy some treats that other children could.

Our Story …

Thus, in 2016, my parents inaugurated a Gelato Store in Matthews under an Allergy Friendly concept with very good acceptance in the community. Therefore, after a year of researching and experimenting with ingredients that meet all the characteristics, we developed a mix base for making cookies and waffles that are not only allergy-friendly, but also gluten-free and vegan.

The product has had such a great success, that it was incorporated into their gelatos, having a lot of acceptance from the public, since it not only contributed in its nutritional value but also in its flavor.

Little by little we continue working on new research and developments to be able to contribute to society with healthy and very delicious products.
