What you will need:
- 1 tbsp + 1/2 tsp of Vegan butter or butter of your choice (room temperature)
- 200ml of Milk of your choice.
How to make:
- Whisk the Pancake and Waffle Mix with butter and milk in a large bowl.
- Combine until batter is formed. Pour batter onto a preheated waffle iron or if doing pancakes, spoon 2 tbsp of batter onto a preheated (medium heat) pan.
- Cook Pancakes or Waffles for about 2 minutes or until edges are dry and flip.
